Job summary

The opportunity has arisen to join the friendly and established team on Glasmor ward Care at Penrhos Stanley Hospital.

Glasmor is a busy 15 bedded dynamic and fast paced Care of the Elderly / rehabilitation ward who is passionate about delivering high quality patient care. The nursing team are proactive, innovative and have a wealth of knowledge in this specialist area. The ward, in collaboration with the multi disciplinary team,practice individualised care and a positive patient experience is created for all patients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated individual to join our nursing team. This is a demanding role that requires commitment, excellent communication skills, and high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike. The job is challenging and rewarding in equal measure.

Main duties of the job

You will be offered the opportunity to develop both clinically and professionally within a supportive environment. All applicants are expected to keep up to date with new initiatives and interventions within nursing care.

This post is fixed term for 9 months due to meet the needs of the service.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
