Job summary

The post holder will support the delivery of a comprehensive high quality medical secretarial administrative service.

By the nature of the duties, the post holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients/carers/relatives, BCU staff and external organisations with courtesy and discretion. There will be a requirement to work using one's own initiative, efficiently and well organised.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of role will involve typing/formatting clinic letters and reports from dictated materials, promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
