Job summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for the role of Office Support Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the PABC team in the day to day running of the department. The post will be based across two sites; Glan Clwyd and Abergele Hospital, and will be heavily admin based.

The successful candidate would provide general support for the booking clerks, taking on tasks such as updating patient details demographics, dealing with ingoing and outgoing mail, filing, faxing, photocopying.

Main duties of the job

This role of Office clerk provides support to a very busy team within Patient Appointments. The role is heavily admin based, and will include administration tasks such as filing, scanning, updating details on WPAS, as well as general support to the booking clerks in the office. The position is based in Glan Clwyd Hospital for part of the week and in Abergele Hospital for the remainder, so it is essential that the successful candidate is able to travel to these two sites.

The ability to speak welsh is essential for this role.
