Job summary
Reporting to the IHC Operations Director, the post holder will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day operational delivery of clinical services on the hospital site.
The post holder will ensure the hospital's service align with the Integrated Health Community's overall plan to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality and cost effective care.
Key drivers for success in the role are the attainment of national and local access and quality standards, robust financial management, and the development of services to ensure their long term sustainability for the benefit of the local population
