Cynnydd Ward is an established 8 bedded Ward,providing Recovery focused care to patients with complex and enduring Mental health care needs.

We are looking to appoint a Band 5 Staff Nurse who is motivated and enthusiastic to deliver high standards of evidence based nursing care.The successful candidate will be expected to be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care and follow the rehabilitation pathways.

Main duties of the job

Cynnydd Ward is part of the regional specialist service focusing on the recovery and rehabilitation of patients with enduring mental health conditions.

Key/associate nurse

Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.

Supervise junior staff.

Support the MDT.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
