Job summary
Due to the introduction of new ways of working we are looking to recruit a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician to join our enthusiastic and friendly team. Our new team approach along with new technology will provide timely, accurate pharmaceutical care and improved patient flow through the hospital.
We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, conscientious, patient focused Registered Technician to join our busy ward-based pharmacy team as a Mental Health Pharmacy Technician.
You must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to use your initiative and contribute to a team setting and have the skills to work alone.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the supervision of junior or less experienced staff, and you must be able to manage your own workload to ensure the provision of a timely and efficient pharmacy service.
The right candidate will be given the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills further through our development opportunities both in house and external, including completing the Bradford Clinical Diploma supported by our friendly and experienced team.
