We have Resourcing teams in each of our IHC teams. Reporting into each Associate Director of People Service, the Resourcing team provides Recruitment, Temporary staffing and Rostering support.
Our Resourcing teams will work closely with recruiting managers across the Health Board and also our NHS Wales Shared Service Partnership who provides transactional recruitment and payroll support.
Main duties of the job
The E-Rostering department has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join this dynamic team as a full time Senior E-Rostering Officer. Working within BCU you will be based at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
We are looking for an individual who will become a rostering lead for the Health Board, a system "super user" and a key member of the E-Rostering team. The Senior E-Rostering Officer will work on modernising rostering practises through developing and implementing best practice throughout areas requiring additional support and establishing, undertaking and monitoring plans of improvement within these.
The Senior E-Rostering Officer will work closely with clinical and operational managers to enable each area to proactively support their workforce by providing support, advice, assistance and training for the HealthRoster systems.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
