Job summary

Exciting new opportunities have arisen across North Wales to be part of the Informatics team seeking to improve health and deliver excellent care through digitisation.

Main duties of the job

The Cito Programme is creating a single digital place for the acute patient record, supporting integration with local and national systems in Wales and beyond.

Working with the Cito Team, the post holder will provide ongoing on-site support and training during implementation of the Cito Programme across the whole of BCUHB.

The role of Systems Administrator/Trainer will be to coordinate and deliver training and day to day support for users and administration of the Cito system. This will be achieved by forming close and successful working relationships with multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and possess highly developed IT Systems knowledge gained through system and training experience. These will be required to provide specialist technical training and support to departmental colleagues and maintain regular communications.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
