The Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Division is seeking a Head of Business and Performance to join our senior leadership team. This pivotal role leads performance, strategic programmes, partnerships, estates and accommodation, and divisional administrative functions. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure we have the insight, systems and strategic direction needed to deliver safe and sustainable services.

You will provide strategic leadership, oversee divisional performance frameworks, and support the development of long-term business plans. Working closely with partners across Health and Social Care, you will use strong analytical skills and clear communication to influence decision-making and drive improvement.

Main duties of the job

The role includes responsibility for business intelligence, governance and key budgets, and is well-suited to a resilient, innovative leader with senior experience in a large, complex health organisation.
