Job summary

Physiotherapy Technician (Band 4) - 12-Month Fixed TermTorfaen Community Resource Team part time and fulltime hours available.

The Torfaen Community Resource Team (CRT) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 4 Physiotherapy Technician to join the multidisciplinary service on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This is an excellent development opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting people in the community tomaintainindependence,maximisemobility, and improve overall quality of life.

This post is a fixed term/secondment for 12 months until 31st March 2027 to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

You will work closely with qualified therapists to ensure safe, effective care and contribute to high-quality rehabilitation for adults living across Torfaen.

Deliver physiotherapyprogrammesdelegated by a qualified therapist.

Support patient rehabilitation in the community and within the Torfaen Falls Clinic. Observe, record and report any changes in patient condition.

Provide accurate documentation and maintain patient notes to a high standard.

Use Clinical Workstation and WCCIS to record and access clinical information.

Work effectively within the multidisciplinary team to support safe service delivery.
