An exceptional opportunity has emerged to join our Learning Disabilities and Specialist Services Directorate as Deputy Head of Nursing. Main duties of the job
The directorate brings together a diverse and impactful range of specialist services, including Learning Disabilities community and inpatient care, male and female inpatient rehabilitation, forensic mental health services, veterans' mental health provision, specialist eating disorders, ABSDAS, perinatal mental health, and early intervention services. As we develop and embed this new structure, we are seeking an inspirational nursing leader who can help drive excellence, innovation, and compassionate practice across all pathways.
As Deputy Head of Nursing, you will provide strategic and professional leadership ensuring the highest standards of care and championing continuous improvement. We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking nursing leader with a passion for improving outcomes for people with complex mental health and learning disability needs. You will bring strong strategic insight, the ability to inspire and influence at scale, and a commitment to professional development, quality, and safety.
