Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our experienced admin team, working within Gynaecology on Ward A3, Emergency Gynaecology Assessment Unit and Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit at the Grange University Hospital. We currently have 2 posts available, both 24hour posts. These posts will support the nursing and medical team to ensure that the service runs efficiently.

The successful applicants need to be motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and highly organised with excellent communication skills.

The role will involve working closely with the medical and nursing teams on the ward and units and interacting with patients, carers and relatives.

Main duties of the job

If you are a motivated, enthusiastic and organised individual who enjoys a challenge and a wide variety of work, then this could be the ideal position for you.

You must be capable of working on your own, able to use your initiative and work well under pressure. You will be part of the Gynae admin team and so good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
