o Update prioritised e-referrals from CWS to WPASo Follow guidance and Standard Operating Procedures for the various Urology referral pathwayso Locate, retrieve, and track patient recordso Dealing with enquiries - including in person, by telephone, Teams and emailo Maintain professional communication with patients and staffo Contribute to the efficient operation of our reception and booking services
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Urology Booking Team, developing a close working relationship with them. As such help and assistance is never far away.We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous administration experience is desirable due to the nature of the role, however all other training can be provided in house. Previous WelshPAS and CWS experience would be advantageous.The successful candidate will become a valued member of the team and have the opportunity to develop themselves professionally within the role.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
