Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead by example, support clinical excellence, and contribute to the development of nursing practice within our organisation.
As a Senior Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care while providing clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff. You will ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, support service improvement initiatives, and contribute to quality assurance. Acting as a role model for best practice, you will uphold organisational values and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
