Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a visionary Deputy Head of Nursing to join our Older Adult Mental Health Directorate. A service dedicated to delivering exceptional, person-centered care for some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
This is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation, and lead nursing excellence across inpatient and community services for older adults. You'll play a key role in ensuring our patients receive care that is safe, dignified, and tailored to their individual needs. You will lead nursing excellence across Older Adult pathways, champion innovation and accessibility in mental health services and empower teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for every individual.
