Job summary
is responsible f or the provision of a reception/ front house service, ensuring thattelephone calls, correspondence and direct contacts with clients and other internal or externalagencies are dealt with in an appropriate, efficient and professional manner, using judgement anddiscretion where necessary and ref erring complex matters to relevant senior members of staff .They are also responsible f or the development, implementation and maintenance of of f icepractices and procedures to ensure that all non-clinical requirements of the team are met. Thispost is vital in providing a cost-effective, person-centred service.
