Please note that ACT & medicines management qualifications are an essential requirement for this role.
You will be expected to work with the multidisciplinary teams across ABUHB to ensure a high-quality pharmacy service is delivered and so excellent verbal and written communication skills are an essential part of this role.

Main duties of the job
The post holder must be able to make decisions under pressure and be self-motivated.
A global and corporate vision for the development of pharmacy services is essential for this role.
Necessary attributes include excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders, experience of managing/leading a team and the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
You will work closely with, and be supported by the Principal Pharmacy Technician, to further develop the practise of yourself and other pharmacy staff.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
