Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates & Facilities Division for a Reception/Office Administrator based at Ysbyty Anuerin Bevan in Ebbw Vale.
The post holder will be responsible for the full range of administrative duties throughout the department.
The post holder willbe responsible to the Facilities Co-Ordinator, Supervisor and/or the Operational Services Manager in providing and maintaining a high standard of general office duties.
This post is fixed term/secondment until 30th November 2025 to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
Main duties of the job
To assist in the daily running of the general office as part of the general office team with varied central administrative functions. The post holder will communicate and demonstrate relationship skills by providing and receiving routine information which requires tact or persuasive skills, or where there are barriers to understanding & providing and receiving complex or sensitive information, providing advice, instruction or training to groups, where the subject matter is straightforward.
The post requires an individual who is well organised and an effective team member who is capable of maintaining a high-quality standard of service, which is responsive to customer's needs. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
