An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of our Business Systems Team.
As a key part of the Corporate Finance team you will play a hands-on role in the administration and support of the Health Board's core financial systems. You'll work closely with a wide range of staff across the organisation, providing guidance and support that enables the team to deliver its overall objectives.
Main duties of the job
As a key member of a small, dynamic team, the post holder will play a vital role in the day-to-day administration and support of the Health Board's Oracle-based Ledger and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including Self Service Procurement.
Provide users with routine information and reports and action a range of system set-up and routine maintenance (which will involve manual or electronic loading and validation of data).
The successful candidate should be familiar with excel and other Office 365 applications and comfortable with managing a variable workload and competing deadlines.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
