An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications & Engagement Co-ordinatorwithin Aneurin Bevan University Health Board's (ABUHB) Digital, Data & Technology Directorate. As a member of the dynamic and innovative Digital, Data & Technology Directorate, you will work within the Digital PMO team. This rolewill allow you to build on your current skills and experience and provide you with opportunities for personal and professional development. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from varying professions across the Health Board, other NHS and 3rd party organisations/suppliers. Main duties of the job

  • Responsible for providing high-quality communications, as a member of the Digital PMO team, to a range of staff and stakeholders, witha main focus on undertaking New Digital Service Request (NDSR) engagement activities with the Divisions
  • Work in collaboration with the Digital PMO Portfolio Analyst to ensure all Divisions are kept up to date with the progress andprioritisation of all relevant digital service requests, through timely and effective communications
  • Support the Head of PMO & Digital Engagement to develop and organise a comprehensive schedule of Divisional Engagementmeetings, each to include Divisional representatives and key stakeholders from the Digital, Data & Technology Directorate with the objective to discuss and agree divisional digital priorities
  • Support the monitoring and evaluation of communication activities and help make necessary adjustments to improve engagement andoutcomes between the Digital, Data & Technology Directorate and all Divisions within the Health Board
  • Utilise digital tools and platforms to enhance communication efforts and ensure information is effectively disseminated to targetaudiences
