Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a young person centred, forward-thinking individual to join our Children's Continuing Care Team based in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) to cover a period of maternity leave. This is an exciting time to join our friendly and supportive team and be an active part of ongoing service development, providing the post holder with a unique opportunity to gain knowledge, skills and experience within a specialist area of CAMHS.
Due to maternity cover this post is fixed term/secondment until 6th January 2026. You must obtain permission from your current line manager if you are interested in applying as a secondment position.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
To provide a case management role to children and young people who are referred for and who are assessed as eligible for Continuing Care
Contribution to the development and implementation of an appropriate package of care
Undertaking regular placement and eligibility reviews
