Job summary
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our Team in the the Therapy Services Booking Centre. This is a vital role within the Therapy Services Booking Centre and requires you to be a committed, motivated, organised, and a pro-active individual.
Working as part of a team, based you will need to possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
This role requires experience in working in a administrative role. You will be required to be computer literate with experience of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel. A good working knowledge of the Health Boards IT systems including WelshPAS is desirable.
Main duties of the job
The Therapy Services' Booking Administrator role undertakes the waiting list management and patient focused booking in accordance with WG guidelines for the departments of Weight Management, Dietetics, Occupational Therapy and Symptom Management Service
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and /or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
