Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a band 4 Pharmacy Support Officer to join our primary care medicines management team of pharmacists and technicians.
As a member of the team, the post holder will provide an administrative support to the Primary Care Pharmacy Team.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be instrumental in organising meetings and providing secretarial support, preparing documentation, liaising with stakeholders including members of the public, division and health board and providing support to functions undertaken by the Primary care Pharmacy Team
The post holder will be expected to work flexibly in order to ensure the smooth running of the Business Support function.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
