Aneurin Bevan University Health Board has an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities Team as a Fleet Services Administrator.
The Fleet Services Administrator provides an efficient, effective and confidential administrative and telephony support for Fleet Services. The post holder will provide general administrative support contributing to the efficient operation of Fleet Services.
Main duties of the job
Fleet Services manages approximately 400 business lease and departmental vehicles on behalf of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. The post holder undertakes a wide range of duties including supporting the leasing of vehicles to meet departmental requirements, updating the insurance database, raising accurate, multi-year requisitions, processing invoices for payment, liaison with leasing companies, dealing with queries from staff.The post holder also supports the administration of the Health Board's Cycle to Work scheme.The post-holder will operate as support and assist as a first point of contact for any operational issues, whilst ensuring their own performance levelsare maintained.

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential
- 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English Language
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, some of which are non-routine, and non- routine activities such as answering queries, progress chasing, task related problem solving, acquired through experience and training to Vocational Level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Good working knowledge of IT packages and applications including Microsoft Office
- Valid licence to drive a car in the UK

- ECDL core modules or equivalent
