Job summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for Registered Nurses to join our evolving vaccination service. We are an innovative team, who have a passion for improving the health of our whole population through partnership working across a variety of community settings such as, patient's own homes, community centres, GP practices, nurseries, schools, care homes, places of worship, out-patient departments and hospital wards. We are passionate about reaching into our communities as part of our health inequalities eradication, ensuring that everyone can access vaccinations and immunisations.

As a Registrant within our service, you will work collaboratively throughout Primary Care and support the development of the service through leadership, Clinical knowledge, fostering effective teamwork and valuing contributions of all colleagues and stakeholders; including clinical supervision of our HCSW team.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant must be committed to improving the patient experience and ensuring the high standards that we expect for our patients needs are met. You will be expected to have the flexibility to work within all areas of the service to meet our population and service needs, full training will be provided.

The successful applicant will support the delivery of the National Immunisation Framework for Wales

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
