Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Therapy Tech to take up post in Caerphilly Community Resource Team.
Based within the Caerphilly Community Resource Team (CRT) as part of the integrated assessment Team, the post Holder will be supporting Physiotherapist and Occupational therapists within several different areas within Caerphilly CRT. These areas include community wards step up and step down beds, falls team, Reablement and community physiotherapy. The role will involve work with a variety of clinical, medical and allied health professionals to ensure the CRT meets its objectives.
Computer skills, excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills are crucial for this role as well as the ability to work calmly and thoroughly under pressure.

Main duties of the job
The main duties of the job is to support both the Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists within the Caerphilly CRT, carrying out delegated tasks.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 18 months until March 2025, due to funding. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
