An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Clinical Applications, Implementation Support & Training (CAIST) Team within the Digital Service, to recruit a full time Clinical Applications Support Officer. Based in Mamhilad, you will need to have very good customer service skills, interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner.
The CAIST team are highly motivated staff who seek to promote, train and support the use, and users, with a number of Health Boards Clinical ICT systems, such as WelshPAS (WPAS), Clinical Workstation (CWS) and Welsh Community Care information System (WCCIS).
Main duties of the job
Duties include processing requests using the Halo system, assist with training, offering clinical system support and being involved with system administration.
The successful candidate should have a good understanding of using computers and Microsoft O365. Experience of using NHS clinical systems would be advantageous.
