Job summary
Band - 7 (Annex 21) Dependant on experience and qualification
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team. You will be a team player and work collaboratively with staff from all disciplines whilst maintaining high professional standards. You will ensure good communication, effective processes and procedures are maintained across the service.
Main duties of the job
Proven leadership and communication skills and the ability to remain motivated and enthusiastic whilst under pressure are essential for this role. The applicant will need to be working at an advanced level of practice, whilst demonstrating critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. The post holder is identified as a clinical expert and is required to have a high clinical profile ensuring the provision of effective and efficient care.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
