Job summary
Anexciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates & Facilities Division for an Administration Officer for Catering Services.
The post holder will Liaise with staff, clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth operation and an effective, efficient administration for the boroughs catering services.
The successful candidate will maintain all relevant duties associated with a catering operation.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will assist in the day to day purchasing of commodities within the agreed criteria, whilst ensuring that the best value for money and quality is obtained.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting catering suppliers, giving order details - the processing of all food produce and non-food commodities.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
