Job summary

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Support Worker to join our Older Persons Integrated Memory Service and Day Service Team at Monnow Vale.

Main duties of the job

The service consists of Memory Service, Social Day Care and Therapeutic groups ie. CST (Cognitive Stimulation Therapy) A significant part of the role will be to support Memory Service and CST.

The applicant will need a flexible attitude and a warm approach to older people. Working hours will be across 5 days.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
