Job responsibilities
- Maintain strong communication with all members of the e-systems team and health board employees
- Provide assistance and support managers using the various e-systems
- Plan and organise own work to ensure work is undertaken and completed in line with strict payroll deadlines
- Ensure that all deadlines are met in line with project plans
- Carry out a wide range of administrative tasks including Excel and other computer packages
- Processes data into e-systems
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and updates outlining
- Ensure all required data is readily available in all areas to enable this to be fed into the systems database
- Work with the e-systems team to realise maximum efficiency of the systems
- Be familiar with and adhere to all policies of the University Health Board
- Help support managers and clinical staff to pro-actively tackle any performance issues that may arise during the maintenance of ESR & Health Roster
- Undertake regular training regarding ESR/ Health Roster
- To provide advice and guidance to customers with regards to ESR/ Health Roster
- Ensure an open approach is adopted when dealing with staff concerns regarding ESR/ Health Roster
- Act as a link between e-systems team and end system users
- Act as a source of professional knowledge for ABUHB for ESR/ Health Roster
- To deal with internal/external requests for information in accordance with data protection and statutory policies and procedures.
