Main duties of the job
- Directorate management teams in the management of concerns.
- Input all concerns onto Datix, identifying grade / category / theme and to ensure that all complaints are acknowledged both verbally and by letter.
- Deal with concerns of a highly sensitive nature, communications needs to be empathetic and appropriate.
- Ensure all databases relating to concerns are managed and updated.
- Format correspondence, reports and other documents.
- To collate data and run reports on behalf of the wider team in relation to concerns as required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
