Are you someone who has an interest working with an individual with complex health needs who wants an exciting new challenge?
Vibrant suitably experienced Registered Nurses are required to care for a gentleman living with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area.
Registered Nurses should have knowledge and experience of working with patients with complex health needs and newly qualified nurses are welcomed who would be willing to learn these skills.
Successful staff will be expected to enable the individual to live a full and productive life supporting physical and psychosocial needs within his family unit. This unique opportunity allows the nurse to develop a relationship with the patient to know his individual needs and health needs to provide high, quality nursing care. This is an opportunity to deliver truly holistic care within a supportive nursing team.
The role is challenging and rewarding, and you will be fully encouraged and supported with your professional development. The care at home team has a dynamic internal education team with a focus on professional development and succession planning. There is also the opportunity to work within the nursing leadership team to develop a wider range of skills on a rotational service.
