An exciting opportunity for a District Nursing Team Leader has become available in the Ebbw Vale District Nursing Team to be part of an innovative, dynamic team.
Applications are requested from experienced District Nurses who have successfully achieved the specialist practitioner District Nursing Qualification, consideration will be given to staff working towards the qualification.

Main duties of the job
Within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, our Clinical Futures Strategy sets out how we are moving to delivering care closer to home. Primary and Community Services are at the heart of the model and central to developing a new relationship with patients investing and strengthening community and social care services to support and treat patients in their homes and communities providing quality outcomes. In order to deliver the strategy we are offering exciting opportunities working closely across the health board and in partnership with key stakeholders.
We are looking for an inspiring nurse who is enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to work within the District Nursing service to deliver a broad range of clinical interventions and share their expertise. The individual will be required to undertake managerial responsibilities as well as delivering teaching to less experienced staff .
