Job summary

Are you an experienced registered nurse with vision, drive and endless enthusiasm? Do you thrive on change and a challenge?

We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated registered nurses to work on Ruperra Ward which is a 24 bedded ward in St Woolos Hospital. You will be working in a friendly and supportive environment during what is a very exciting period as we continue to shape and develop the model of care by empowering nurses to facilitate early decision-making in the safe discharge of our patients.

You will work closely with all members of the MDT to deliver patient centred care. We are passionate in empowering and helping all patients to gain/regain their skills and confidence and our focus is always to achieve safe, successful and effective discharges.

We are offering a number of opportunities for qualified and experienced registrants and if you are passionate about delivering high quality, patient centred transformational care in a friendly professional setting, then please get in touch!

We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12-hour shift system or on a three-shift system.

We are committed to exploring innovative ways of working to enhance patient experience. We know that our success depends on the commitment and dedication of our staff and we aim to recruit and retain the best staff possible.
