Job summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a RN to join our elective Orthopaedic Unit in St Woolos Hospital, Newport. The post provides a diverse range of care within planned elective Orthopaedic Surgery.

We offer all staff a supernumerary period and an opportunity to develop skills within this specific surgical field, as well as a 3 year development programme, called the Journey of excellence and clinical supervision.
Main duties of the job
T&O has established and well organised wards with excellent performance in multi-disciplinary working and discharge rates.
Candidates are required to be flexible and reliable in their approach to work. In return the directorate will demonstrate a commitment to both personnel and professional development to the successful candidate.
