Senior Administration Assistant

Job summary

To provide reception, and a range of office, clerical and administrative duties, maintaining an efficient and friendly service to patients, relatives and visitors.

To support the manager and the administrative team in the administrative function as required. From call handling to booking patient visits for the Clinical Team.

To receive calls and emails from patients and stake holders to report fault with equipment; identify problem, give troubleshooting advice to resolve the fault if possible; if not then organise for an appointment or a visit by a Clinical Technologist to repair the equipment, or arrange courier collection.

To utilise the computerised ALAS Patient Management System (BEST). Use of Oracle for ordering, receipt, control and distribution of equipment.

Main duties of the job
