People Assurance and Experience Administrator
The closing date is 24 March 2026
Job summary
Are you highly organised, detail-focused and motivated by the idea of helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? Do you enjoy making a difference through efficient admin, people-focused coordination, and the kind of work that keeps everything - and everyone - moving in the right direction?
We're looking for a confident, detail-oriented individual to take on the role of People Assurance and Experience Administrator --someone who can bring energy, organisation and accuracy to a vital team that works behind the scenes to support our people processes.
You'll be joining a supportive, professional and forward-thinking team that plays a vital role in making sure our people-related processes are safe, consistent, and effective - from how we approve job descriptions to how we manage the technical details of recruitment. You'll work closely with a range of colleagues across the health board, including People and Culture teams, service managers and staff side representatives.
This is a new role, so you'll be helping to shape how it works in practice - bringing your skills, your ideas and your can-do attitude into a team that is committed to delivering a first-class people service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
This is more than just an admin role - it's a key supporting function in how we make our workforce systems work for people. You'll have variety, autonomy and the chance to learn about a broad range of people processes, systems and procedures.
In this role, you'll:
- Coordinate and support admin processes linked to job evaluation, vacancy approval, visa management and workforce data systems.
- Carry out detailed checks on job descriptions and adverts to ensure governance and compliance.
- Support job evaluation panels by managing documentation, systems and communications.
- Monitor visa timelines and maintain accurate records for Certificates of Sponsorship and right-to-work checks.
- Use a range of digital systems including ESR, Oracle, CAJE, and the Home Office portal.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support across the People Assurance and Experience team, including meetings, communications, invoice processing and SharePoint updates.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across People and Culture and the wider organisation, contributing to a smooth, professional and people-focused service.
