Bone Team Support Secretary

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two enthusiastic administrators to join the Metabolic Bone Disease Team as a Secretary. You will be joining a friendly and hardworking team as we expand our fracture liaison service. Our fracture liaison service is well-established and delivers person centered comprehensive management of bone health to patients who have had a fracture. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys team working. You will be providing secretarial support to our Clinical Nurse Specialists.

We are looking to recruit two candidates for this post (2 x 22.5 hours)

Main duties of the job

To provide comprehensive administration and secretarial services to Clinical Nurse Specialists in the Self Injection Programme, Fracture Liaison Service and Metabolic Bone Disease Clinic including duties such as answering telephone, taking messages, resolving queries and support projects within the department.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
