Due to increased demand we have an opportunity for an ambitious pharmacist to join the Clinical Trials Pharmacy team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.

Main duties of the job
As a clinical pharmacist working within R&D across Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, you will have an integral role in providing high-quality specialist pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients across South East Wales. You will contribute to the training and development of less experienced team members, as well as medical and nursing colleagues.
Our posts will enable you to deepen your knowledge and expertise, and broaden clinical and non-clinical skills under the direction of experienced lead practitioners in a variety of clinical areas including paediatric oncology, nephrology and transplant, haematology, amongst others.
Your professionalism, excellent inter-personal skills and enthusiasm, will equip you to be a valued contributor to our service and to develop to be a key member of our clinical pharmacy team. You will be supported to develop your independent prescribing role.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
