Job summary

We seek a Improvement and Development Manager who has a passion for bringing people together to think creatively about the way in which health and care services are designed and the skills to help deliver change.

The Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board works with organisations and individuals from across our region driving an exciting and ambitious portfolio of programmes to make a real difference for people in our communities. We seek a team player with experience of delivering improvement and a real heart for social change to make a difference for babies, children and young people, and people with learning disabilities and those who are neurodiverse.

Main duties of the job

As an improvement and development manager working across our partner organisations, the post holder will support the delivery and development of a range of improvement programmes and projects across Cardiff Council, Vale of Glamorgan Council, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, third sector and community organisations.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to support programmes, ensuring reporting, governance and quality improvement requirements are met in relation to a range of projects and deliver change and improvement initiatives to ensure effective development and delivery of the partnerships' change programme.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
