The South Wales Doctoral Training Programme in Clinical Psychology is seeking to appoint new members of staff due to further increases in trainee numbers. Due to increased funding and cohort sizes, we have up too 1.3 fte hours available. The posts are available at agenda for change (A4C) grade 8a (£54,550-£61,412) or 8b (£63,149- £73,378) depending on experience. We are keen to attract both candidates with interest in developing a research portfolio or ideally with demonstratable research expertise or/and with experience of supervising trainees. As the programme supports secondary accreditation, we are keen to attract staff with either BABCP or AFT accreditation. For 8b appointments there would be expectation of leading on specific administrative aspects of the programme such as chairing one of the programmes subcommittees or leading on an area of programme delivery.
