We an exciting full time vacancy as Programme Coordinator for the Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology Programme on a permanent basis

This role is full-time however, we there is a degree of flexibility available about the working pattern, and a possibility to work part-time at 0.8 wte.

The Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology Programme is a recently established MSc course run in partnership with Cardiff University and NHS Health Boards in Wales, for the past three years. Trainees on the programme will be working in the NHS and be attending the University for teaching at designated periods.

Main duties of the job

The post provides administration coordination role and will work with clinical psychology and academic tutor staff to support the delivery of this new programme. The post holder will be involved in assisting in setting up teaching, collecting and collating course work, and liaising with employing Health Boards. The role will also involve setting up face-to-face and online meetings and taking minutes. The role also involves providing some additional administrative support to the clinical psychology training programme team as required.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
