Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual to work within our friendly, well established Community Mental Health Team at the Hamadryad Centre, Cardiff Bay.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support to the team, and act as first point of contact for enquiries which may arise from staff, patients, relatives and members of the public.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate must be an effective communicator, have good interpersonal skills and work in a flexible and organised manner.
You must have a good standard of education.
A polite and pleasant personality is necessary as is the ability to work well under pressure. You must also have an understanding of confidentiality.
Applicants will need to be computer literate with previous reception/administrative experience.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
