Job summary

The role of Capital Planning is to provide a comprehensive range of support services to allow the delivery of all of the Board's capital investment activities. These support services impact on the physical and environmental requirements of every clinical service provided by the Board and are, therefore, at the very centre of providing affordable and quality services and premises from which healthcare can be delivered in both the primary and secondary healthcare settings.

Main duties of the job

The Senior Project Manager (M&E Bias) assists the Head of Capital Planning and Capital Planning Manager as part of a team in the effective and efficient operation of the Capital Planning section in leading the UHB's executive directorates, service groups and other stakeholders through the capital planning process and thereby procure capital assets and service improvements which are essential to achieving the UHB's strategic and operational development and objectives.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
