Job summary

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well motivated individual who is able to demonstrate an interest in patient rehabilitation, into this Physiotherapy Support Worker role. The main qualities we are looking for include being caring and kind - in addition to being well organised and using own initiative.

Main duties of the job

This post will be based on the medicine wards at the University Hospital of Wales. The post holder will work as part of a large team of physiotherapists and support workers providing physiotherapy to predominantly frail older people. The job responsibilities will include supervision of exercises and activities of daily living including some aspects of personal care. There will also be some administrative duties as part of the role.
