Junior Clinical Fellow in Gastroenterology

Job summary
Successful applicants will be working with other junior and senior members of the gastroenterology team, you will be expected to work at the level of a post-foundation training doctor (i.e. F3/IMT1). You will work closely with the widerclinical team including clinical nurse specialists
Main duties of the job
Your main duties will be to manage patients under Gastroenterology and Hepatology team on ward A7 and other outlying acute ward areas. This will also include managing patients admitted for elective procedures such as ERCP, liver biopsies and endoscopic procedures. You will be able to attend various MDTs relevant to providing multi-disciplinary care for the inpatients (IBD, HPB radiology and Intestinal failure MDTs).
