Job summary

The Pain Management Service in Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is looking for a keen, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the established team. Applications are encouraged from Registered Nurses who, as a minimum requirement can demonstrate significant experience in surgical or peri-operative care . You will work as an autonomous practitioner providing clinical support, advice and education to the multidisciplinary team and patients across a diverse range of Adult and Paediatric clinical specialities.

The posts will primarily be based at University Hospital of Wales with a rotation to the University Hospital of Llandough.

Main duties of the job

NMC registeredClinical experience within surgical or peri-operative careAcute Pain Service experience.

You will work as an autonomous practitioner providing clinical support, advice and education to the multidisciplinary team and patients across a diverse range of Adult clinical specialities.

The posts will primarily be based at University Hospital of Wales with a rotation to the University Hospital of Llandough.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
