Job summary
Manager post, responsible for the management of up to 20 clinical staff.
Liaising with clinic co-ordinators, directorate service management team, and up to 70 consultants
The smooth running of clinics daily.
Management of nursing staff, including rotas, pay , sickness monitoring.
Integral part of the senior nurse management Team within Childrens Hospital for Wales, Including on call service.
Day to day running of the department with up to 25 clinics per day and over 100 patients
Support and development Phlebotomy service.
