Job summary
Your role will provide administrative assistance to the clinic coordinators which will include booking & cancelling of patient appointments, locating and preparing patient notes and greeting patients on reception. Acting as first contact for enquiries, in person and by phone, taking messages and redirecting them to the appropriate section or member of staff and other general administration duties.
To attend regular review meetings with the supervisor and assessor, leading to an Apprenticeship Qualification in Digital Application Support Level 2.
This qualification consists of:
- Level 2 Diploma in Digital Application Support (QCF)
- Essential Skills - Application of Number (AON) Level 1
- Essential Skills - Communication Level 1
- Essential Skills - Digital Literacy Level 2
- Foundation Apprenticeship in Digital Application Support
Main duties of the job

Acting as first contact for enquiries, in person and by phone, taking messages and redirecting them to the appropriate section or member of staff and other general administration duties.
Please note if you are already degree qualified you will be ineligible to apply under the Welsh Government eligibility criteria for the qualification.
This post is fixed term for 15 months to meet the needs of the service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
